I was with Geico since 1995 and never had an accident and only one traffic ticket in 1997. My premium never went down but it only increased very little so I thought I was doing good by sticking with them. I recently obtained a quote from USAA and switched, my premium is now less than half of what Geico was charging me. I'm disgusted that Geico allowed a long time customer to be taken advantage of like they were doing.
WATCH OUT FOR THE HUGE INCREASE IN PREMIUM. I HAVE PAID PERFECT FOR 2 YEARS AND HAD ZERO TICKETS MY PAYMETS DOUBLED BECAUSE GEICO HAD TO PAY OUT A TON OF OTHER POLICYS NOT FOR MINE!!! WENT FROM PAYING 251.06 TO 489.98 A MONTH!!! DO NOT GO WITH GEICO

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 8 YEARS AND LOST MY JOB DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS AND MY HUSBAND GOT LAID OFF AT THE SAME TIME.THEY WAITED TO WE WERE AT OUT LOWEST POINT ,TOOK MY 500 DOLLARS AND STILL CANCELLED OUR INSURANCE ON ALL 4 CARS.THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.THESE DIRTY BASTARDS.I FEEL LIKE JUMPING OFF A BRIDGE RIGHT NOW.THANKS GEICO FOR ENDING MY LIFE
