I was very impressed with the service at the Walmart Clinic at Two Notch Road. I woke up Saturday morning on Easter weekend with a fever of 101 and my only options were the Walmart Clinic and the ER. I decided to give Walmart a try and it was an excellent decision. There were no other patients waiting so I went right in, the Nurse Practitioner examined me thoroughly and took the time to explain all the things he observed during his exam. It was a pleasant difference from the "assembly line" feeling I get from my regular Primary Care Physician, I appreciated him taking the time to tell me what he thought I needed to know.
This Care Clinic was great! I made an appointment online, had a wonderful Nurse Practitioner named Kirstin, got my Rx called in and labs scheduled, and it all took less than an hour and cost me just $40.
I went to this clinic to get a prescription renewal for a chronic condition, for which my physician charges $120 and I have to wait 2-4 hours to be seen.
I will go back to this clinic and recommend it to others who need to be seen for chronic or routine care.
Nurse Mann is fantastic! I am a diabetic in need of routine care who does not have insurance. The Wal-Mart Care Clinic charges me $40 for the visit and $8 to do my A1c lab. At my last NO it cost me almost $200 for the same thing. They make it affordable to take care of yourself.
They are rude including the Dr. I will NEVER go back. You are better off going to your PCP versus a "doc in a box"
It was a great experience, outstanding customer service, clean, short wait, reasonable cost and the nurse practitioner was awesome. I would return and recommend to others.
