I have been a patient for the past ten years and the staff has always been extremely friendly and accommodating. Prior to PTR I was traveling back and forth to Greenville. PTR has been the best alternative for my needs and helped me through a lot of my issues. My doctor listens and keeps me focused. I truly appreciate PTR for all they have done for me I don't think I would be where I am today without them.
Not pleased with this practice. My sons dad was coming here to see Meredith Koss and was feeling suicidal and dealing with a lot of depresion. She would just say ok and then run off to lunch. We tried getting him to see a psychiatrist and the office required a psych referral, we called Dr. Koss several times and she never even returned our phone calls. Front office was useless in getting the referral. I would avoid this place at all costs.
One of the worst experiences of my life, avoid this place. On first visit took tests and they said they would get back to me but never did. I called to follow up and they told me not to call back, they were waiting on my test results. Never heard from them again.
WARNING! Awful counselor- Andrea Bradley~ do not take your child to her. She treated my child like everything was her fault. She told my ex that my daughter should be put in public school if she did not comply with what he told her to do; a possibly of a punishment he should consider. She was in an abusive environment- Andrea neglected to realize this. I now have custody thank GOD!
Todd Hanson is one of the best we have ever been to for marriage counseling. It is hard to find someone both husband and wife like and respect enough to continue going and work on things. He is very non-judgmental and helpful.
