Don't call the appt. line because they will not answer purposely. I was on hold for over an hour and I was in position #3 when I called. I was position #1 for over 30 minutes only for nobody to answer my call. There is no reason a patient or a caller should be on hold for over an hour. Very unprofessional and waste of time and money.
Usually pretty good. I called to make an appointment a few minutes before closing and when I was transferred in by the operator it rang twice and then i was hung up on. Smh.
Everyone was very friendly, helpful and great at their jobs from the time I walked in the door on my 1st app until 2 days later when I came in for my next appointment to get my implant put in. The humpty dumpty looking Thunder count who was supposed to do it was so mean and condescending and refused to deal with me because of my kids and wouldn't put the implant in. I left in tears and will never go back again.
