The lady was really nice and didn't hesitate to help me. Helped me find the perfect color match and was just really polite!

3- when I went in to find some good quality foundation in my budget range they were making fun of me for walking around the store in sweatpants...?

4- the women who work there treated me like I didn't know what I was doing.

I'd like to note that the few times I have shopped here I have not been satisfied.

1- they mark sales and then charge full price on clearance items

This Ulta is straight trash. Employees aren't educated in the proper way of conducting business. The way you talk to your coworkers is not the way that you talk to pay customers. Whenever I walk into this Ulta, I hardly ever get greeted. Majority of the employees look like they don't want to be there (not sure if it's just because they're seasonal hires). I absolutely hate this Ulta. I will happily go to the Ulta in Harbison before I would ever set foot in the Ulta in Sandhills.

Gotta say I will stick with Sephora. I can't believe they would let their employees make fun of customers openly. Like sure some girls don't know everything but is that any excuse to make fun of women?

Each time I have come to the store and had a bad experience, I’ve left saying maybe it’ll be better next time. No more. First of all I would like to say, your employees are not dermatologists nor estheticians. I drink a gallon 90oz to a gallon of water everyday. One of your employees told me I should drink more water and take better care of my skin and “wash my face”... based off their medical diagnoses I guess (sarcasm). Another told me I should eat better...I’ve been eating a plant based diet for Many years. In good health. Don’t wear makeup often at all, just a fitchick that wanted to try my hand at makeup for the first time. Basically what I’m getting at is that, i understand you all wanting to be helpful, however if you want your employees to give out skin care advice or whatever the case may be, train them properly. The employees don’t know what they’re taking about. Ive left empty handed. frustrated many times because of their belittling attitudes towards me. Now on the other hand I’ve also had a cashier give me improper Change on a return. After pointing it out to her, getting a manager, and still correcting her, she still proceeds to announce “so” I was right to the manager and hand me the incorrect change. I will not be returning. And I’ll make sure my pleasant MUA friends do not either.

This place is horrible. I have frequented this store because it is conveniently located close to my home, but with every visit, my experience has deteriorated. Any time you aren't in their "prestige" area (if you're looking at the lower end brands), an associate will come over to you and tell you that the products are no good and they have "something better" on the other side of the store, even if you insist that you have used the products before and you have been satisfied with them. One time I gave in and let the associate recommend something to me which I decided to try, and she told me it was $12. I got to the counter, and it rang up for $24! Not to mention my experience at the brow bar. I am fair hair and skinned and I was looking to darken my eyebrows to a medium brown. The girl slathered my face with petroleum jelly (which broke me out for a week after, and I do NOT break out usually), and then she dyed my brows about four shades darker than what I asked. I wanted a medium brown, and I left with black brows, Vaseline all over my face, and dye smeared all over my forehead and eyelids. I wanted to cry. All in all, if you are looking for a pleasant experience or any makeup advice, don't bother going to this store. The associates don't care about helping you unless you're purchasing prestige brands and the service providers don't know what the heck they're doing. Shame.

2- they openly make fun of their guests and made fun of a woman for not knowing the dofference between facial and body lotion
