Please do not go to Julie for anything. This was the second time I was assigned to Julie for gel nails. The first time, I got CLEAR gel nails and they all started chipping 3 days later. The second time I was assigned to her, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. After she did my nails, they looked terrible and another nail tech had to come and fix them. All the while they were laughing and saying a bunch of stuff which I can only assume was about me telling her she messed up because they were not carrying on like that before. Other than that, the place looks great but some nail techs really need to put effort into their job because no one should have to pay for anything they don’t like, nor should a nail tech complain when it’s evident that the work they did was not appealing.
Terrible job and one of the worst nail salon's I've been too. I got a full set of acrylics and they cut them way to short. When I asked them to fix it, they just said they couldn't do anything since they would have to restart even though it was there fault. Then I asked for an almond shape and they were all over the place. Many of the nails were lopsided and I had to go back to her to fix one nail that looked like it was completely sideways. My girl was working on someone else's nails while she was finishing up mine which is not allowed. I ended up paying $47.50 for a set of acrylics which is so overpriced especially since they did such a bad job. I will not be returning here.
RUDE nail techs , false nail didn’t even cover my whole nail bed also nails were crooked & uneven. Wont be coming back
The decor is nice along with the relaxing music, like what a massage therapist would play. NOT TO MENTION....they have a wine and champagne bar.
I would disregard the reviews older than a month ago (prior to this posting). I'm just visiting the area and wanted a pedicure. I pulled up and there was a 'Grand Re-Opening' sign. I didn't have to wait at all as there are plenty of nail techs here. They use a 'one-time use' pedicure kit, so it's a sterile pedicure.
This is the only mail place that I will go to for my nails, pedi, and eyebrows to be done. I ha e been going to them for years. Yes there have been times that they have messed up, but when I point it out they are more then happy to fix it whatever it is. They have worked hard to get the place looking as it does now. They are amazing.
