I have known Leslie Young as a friend and stylist for many years, and I can tell you that no one is more dedicated to their trade! There’s no challenge that she is not willing to accept, and with the knowledge, research, and experience to execute successfully! I’ve seen her do it all, from coloring dreadlocks, to the most beautiful wedding hair you’ve ever seen! If you’ve ever had your hair shampooed by Les, that in itself is “shear” heaven. Bonus - she’s hilarious!! I yourself a favor, and go spin around in her chair.
Had the BESt experience with leslie at Sheer Xpectations! My color and cut are perfect- the staff were all very friendly and everyone knew I was there for my 30 birthday “ new hair do”! Leslie and her team were all very professional and had some great products while shampooing and styling my hair! The best part was the fabulous head massage while getting my hair shampooed! The whole experience was awesome and I have had many compliments already on how great my new cut and color look! Bringing my mom along next time for a new make over by the fabulous Leslie!
Best experience I've ever had in any salon I've ever gone to. Would trust anyone there but Hailey is my favorite! By far the absolute best salon in Columbia without a doubt. I will NEVER go to another salon again!

I've been getting my hair done there since i was three. The people there are very polite and helpful. They actually listen to what you what for your hair and give helpful tips on how to keep your hair healthy. My stylist's name is Lynn and she's the best.
