This location has good parking and a location that is nearby other businesses and close to downtown Columbia. The only problem with this location is that it is hard to notice from the main road, and very difficult to exit.
Trader Joe’s has a great selection of high-quality food for very reasonable prices. They have a nice selection of organic foods that are not marked up nearly as high as from other stores in Columbia. It is also a great source of “different” foods that might not be as easy to spot in a traditional grocery store. I love coming to Trader Joe’s to find something different, inexpensive, and easy to prepare. An important note is that this store does not sell brand name goods. Everything is the store brand. However, these products are usually quite good.
The Columbia SC store is a 45 minute drive for me but well worth it if only for the excellent "3 buck Chuck" wine. Great selection of wine & food and great prices. Was amazed at how busy the store was yet people were moving in and out efficiently. Try it you'll love it!
Great experience. I found everything I was looking for. No wait at all to check out. Easy in and out parking. Trader Joe's is always a good value. I came looking for South Carolina reusable shopping bags for Christmas gifts and they had plenty. Trader Joe's usually rocks and this one was no exception.e
Very nice store, always clean and organized, just a bit on the small side. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I like the sample corner in the back and the peace of mind knowing they let you try before you buy, if needed. I've only done it twice, once I loved the item, once I didn't. I've always been disappointed with the bread. The date on all the loaves I look at always seems to be that day or the next day. I wish they carried canned lentils. It's cute how they "hide" giraffes for the kids to find, my child likes that and getting animal crackers and stickers.
