Up front confession: I did not use Complete Contractor Services for my complete roof replacement, therefore, I cannot attest to their work. The reason? They REQUIRE the homeowner to be present when they do their initial inspection. No, can't use a realtor or any other rep. MUST be homeowner! How messed up is that? As this is a rental property and I live several hundred miles away, thanks, I will be using your competitor and they will get my $12,000+ for the replacement roof!
