These folks are really hostile over parking. There's a major parking issue with lack of space downtown and these folks are stingy with the lot around their building. They've blocked the neighboring restaurants from having folks walk their trash through the lot because "it looks bad for their business". They'll call a tow truck the instant you step out of your car if you park in their lot. Not sure why because there is always space. I'm afraid to park on Lady St in front of their building because of how hostile they are over parking. They've already towed several customers of the new coffee shop over parking there. There are better ways to deal with parking issues and being hostile over it is not one.
