OUTSTANDING customer service!! First time customer, went in with wife to select snorkeling equipment while in Columbia. (We live out-of-state so they knew we would not be frequent supporters of their business.) They spent lots of time explaining differences in every component of the gear and helping us select equipment that was comfortable and fitted to our particular needs—even stayed well beyond their usual Saturday closing time to finish our selections unrushed.
Can't say enough good about how they took care of a new—and probably infrequent—customer!
Upon returning to Ohio we discovered a problem with one piece of the equipment—less than a week before our planned snorkeling trip! These folks went out of their way—far above and beyond acceptable customer service (and incurred the additional expenses themselves)—to make sure I had a replacement before I needed it.
