went there yesterday to get a tube and 2 pirelli tires and just the back tire and tube installed on my dirt bike. i showed up there with my rear wheel with the tire taken off my bike and the old tire already removed from the rim and cleaned the rim spotless and they still charged me about 46.00 for labor and the fees and taxes for just the tire job with cost of labor came out to be 65.14...............$65.14 DOLLARS WITHOUT COST OF TIRE AND TUBE ADDED ON THE TOTAL WAS HOW MUCH I SPENT TO HAVE ONE TIRE INSTALLED ON A RIM THAT WAS HAD ALREADY BEEN TAKEN OFF THE BIKE AND THE OLD TIRE OFF THE RIM........65.00 FOR SOMETHING I COULD AND SHOULD HAVE DONE IN LITERALLY 5 MINS TOPS. RIDICULOUS. I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS STORE. Also i couldnt get any help at all except at the checkout desk when leaving. had nice but pricey items and terrible service. charged me for disposal of tire fee when i took my tire home bc it was brand new so how the h*** did i get charged 15.00 for tire disposal? charged me to true my wheel but only checked it and it was correct and still got charged just to look and see that it was already true if he even checked it. . when i got there i talked to someone about getting my tire put on first and wanted to check there tires they had for sale before installing the maxxis i brought with me but the guy was kinda rushing me and i tried telling the guy that id like to check out there selection of tires before installing the new tire but i couldnt tell if he herd me or not and didnt really want to aggravate the guy. few mins later as im purchasing 2 pirelli tires the guy comes and tells me hes done so i showed and told him i wanted the pirelli on and id just install the second pirelli tire myself when i got home. the guy seem angry about that request. not one time did i get any quote or dollar amount of how much anything was going to be untill i was checking out. no offense to anyone working but this store is a rip off. it could be such a great store if they didnt try to take advantage of there paying customers. would love to speak with a manager and work this out but they act as if they are giving you a deal and that u should be happy for getting overcharged. im a good and reliable customer and i constantly spend alot of money on my 5 dirt bikes that i own and really love this stores items but hate the fact that they do not care about there customers and that they ripped me off so im not ever spending another dollar at Columbia Powersports Center untill they get this right. i would take this bad review off and leave a better review if they did look into my situation.
Katie and the sales associates at Columbia PowerSports were the absolute best to work with! They made sure we were happy with our purchase and answered all questions we had. The customer service at the Fernandina Road location was top notch! Definitely worth a visit if you are purchashing a motorcycle or any type ATV.

Wanted pricing on a Waverunner two years ago. My wife, son and I walked around 20 minutes and not one employee asked if they could help us with anything.
Worst service ever. Third trip there in past two weeks, both visits were very uncomfortable for me. First trip I was told part where in. I drove 45 minutes from my home to pick up parts only to find out that they were not in...dude I just called you and hour ago and you said they were in...so back home, another 45 minutes...only to make the same long trip again tomorrow ...OK everybody makes mistakes...it is the holidays and I understand things happen...so today, my third trip to pick up more parts. I ordered 3 different items...they bring me out 1 item that I didn't even order...and tell me someone else picked up my parts on December 1st...you mean the parts I just ordered yesterday on December 28th were picked up on the 1st of december how is this even possible, and who picked them up...they don't know who picked up because DON'T KEEP TRACK OF THAT...you mean to tell me if I order something over the phone and PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD...YOU JUST LET ANYONE PICK UP PARTS...finally after I was yelled at and eyes rolled at me they found my parts...because they rang up under personal name and not the business account...that is your mistake not mine, why am I getting treated like this...I asked him to fix it and was told "I am the parts manager and if yall would spend more money with us then I would know who you are and would help you" the whole time this is being yelled at me with other customers around...I am embarrassed, I asked for his name and he would not tell me. Just so happens I look on the counter and see a business card with who's name on it, your parts manager...so on that note Mr TAYLOR WOODS..learns some respect for the people who put food on your table...without your customers, you would not have a job. It's not very professional to raise your voice and roll your eyes and to a lady at that ...I will make sure everyone know of this horrible place of business...maybe you should consider hiring a more PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE crew to run your business.
Earlier this week I called about a trailer for our Waverunner...the gentleman I spoke with seemed to be doing me a huge favor in taking 30 seconds to give me pricing. Of course he didn't quote me the Triton brand I wanted because "I'm not gonna order just one for somebody".
