Its nice and quiet. The management doesn't really work with you but the are nice. They try to hell as much as the can.
Lots of mobile homes and a peaceful neighborhood, the management is slow getting things done.
If it were possible to give a half of a star I would. The new office staff is great but little too late. Most of the maintenance staff is great.... Not all. Please spend your hard earned money wisely . Meaning, don't use it to move here. You will be paying to beautify the office and the area surrounding the office. Clearly funds aren't used to repair the trashy homes. They act as if its a gated community....NOT. when your roof begin to leak prepare to have a blue tarp on your roof held down by cinder blocks. Yes, cinder blocks for months at a time. 4th of July comes around... new rules... no fireworks. One year later, rent higher, lot fee higher, roof not repaired and new rules. Hopefully you get the picture.
No place to live Management is not the best.. stayed a year always came up with different rules..
Management will court you and take care of your every need...until you move in. My friend lives there and had to get a certified letter for long overdue maintenance to be completed. There has been a hole in her ceiling for over 6 months. Their remedy was to place a blue tarp over it. It blew off after awhile. Still no maintenance. Neighbors play music all times of the night. Do not move there!
