He was able to come out the day after we called him, very quick, and promptly identified and fixed our issue. I cannot recommend Grier Roofing highly enough! We received three quotes for a roof replacement, and Grier Roofing was the lowest by a significant amount. Additionally, Chris Cody was awesome to work with. He is friendly and incredibly helpful, and very clearly dedicated to fantastic customer service.
Also, when the insurance adjuster came out, they pointed out areas where our vinyl had come detached. I asked Mr. Cody if that was something they could do as well, and he said he would have it done free of charge. The roofing team didn’t quite fix it all the way, so Mr. Cody came back out and fixed it himself.
The gentlemen from Grier Roofing responded quickly to my wife's concern about loose shingles on our roof. They were punctual, explained the work that needed to be completed and fixed the issue. I plan to call them in the future should I need any additional work. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of roofing repairs. Thank you again for your help.
