Southern Valet did an outstanding job handling the transportation for our 3 day conference in Columbia last week. Everything went so smoothly and was super easy thanks to them. All of the drivers were just what we expected - friendly, prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Needless to say we will be calling them again next year. Sean and Derek have a great group of people working for them!
We used Southern Valet for our wedding transportation and it was perfect! They had a 24-passenger bus for our bridal party that we took around town for our pictures in between our wedding ceremony and reception. The shuttle service was timely, professional and a big hit with our friends. It was great to not have to worry about that aspect of our wedding at all! We also used their buses to transport guests from the hotel to the ceremony and reception and then back to the hotel after the reception. This was something we did not think of initially, but we were glad that the guys at Southen Valet mentioned it. It really was nice not having to worry about our guests getting home safely. At the end of the night, they also provided a "get away" vehicle to take my wife and I from the wedding to our hotel. Our caterer provided a goodie bag of leftovers for us and we forgot it and left it in the car and the driver had it brought to our room for us. Great team and awesome service! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
We have been using Southern Valet for the past 3 years and have had nothing but the best experiences. Kristy is amazing and so are all the drivers we have had over the years. We will definitely be using them next time we are in Columbia.
I am very pleased with my relationship with Southern Valet. Parking downtown can be a nightmare. Thomas and Kristy worked with me to help me find a secure place to park near my office. If I need something, they always take my call or respond to my email promptly. If you are looking for downtown parking, I suggest you contact Southern Valet as they manage a number of parking lots in the area. This is a very good company with excellent customer service.
