Great staff, great inventory.
People think that this liquor store is Green's. It is located next to Green's and has no sign indicating that it is not Green's. They have done this on purpose. They are a regional company from Nashville so if you spend your money here it is not local. I was treated with horrible customer service and even the owner of the company replied to my email two or three sentences that basically said they weren't going to help me out with my problem. Even though they replaced the bottle of bourbon that had a broken seal, they offered no action for the absolutely horrible customer service from one of there GM's who told me "I am the highest person you are going to talk to and you might be able to talk to the owner 3 months cause that's all he shows up". At this time they were refusing to replace the bottle. In the end they replaced the bottle but didn't say one word to me as she was handing me the replacement bottle. The owners last email to me said "Thats it, we are done". This is absolutely horrible customer service. The owner refused to call me even though I gave him my number numerous times. The slight saving's you get are not worth it. Chose a local store to spend your money. Just to clarify, the liquor store at the downtown Green's is owned locally and not by this regional behemoth that doesn't care about it's customers.
Only beer and wine
The beer and wine are in Greens, turn left just inside the front doors and there is where they sell liquor (called Frugal Mac Doogal Liquors). Big place, good selection and fast to check out. Take the 360 tour of Greens and you will see the entrance before you show up...
