Had a very pleasant and informative experience this morning. Ms. Stephanie, at the front desk around 10:15 AM, was awesome. She provided me with assistance checking out my materials and provided me with additional information about the library. I've used RCPL for two years, but learned new things today! I went in close to 9pm when they close and at 8:55pm the computers shut down and I wasn't able to print my resume but Randy was AWESOME!!! He went above and beyond to get the job done and I was able to print 5 copies of my resume plus he put them in a nice envelope! That's superb customer care and I will be back just for his efforts!
The front desk here has the best manners and are the most helpful out of ALL locations i have been too!!! Thank you!!!!
