In reading other reviews, I am confused as to why I have had such an issue with this firm after my case was filed. I tried without success for 30 days to speak with the office and finally gave up. I needed some help with a pay reduction that occurred and restructuring my case. I sent emails and made phone calls and got no response. The only email or phone call I received was an email response from a paralegal telling me that Steve Huggins was on vacation and I should here something the following week. No other communication has occurred and at least three more phone messages were left and five more emails. The service level up to the case being filed was good. After the case was filed, nothing. I even sent Steve Huggins an email directly and no response. It is unfortunate, that they will receive payment for the next four and a half years and I can not get any help with my case. I don't want to pay another attorney to do the work this firm is being paid to do. I am researching how to report this to the trustee to see if there are any actions that can be taken from his end.
