As a previous employee of this firm, I would not suggest going to file bankruptcy or consulting this attorney regarding any financial issues you may be going through. I would highly recommend consulting with another bankruptcy attorney simply because this man is not an ethical man, not a polite man, and is entirely too difficult to contact with any bankruptcy related or unrelated matters. Not to mention he can't keep any staff in that office to save his life. With an office in Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Columbia, to say he spreads himself too thin is an understatement. Consider using moss and associates, or another large established bankruptcy firm with the integrity and quality you deserve.
