I have always had an unnecessary fear of the dentist but the staff at Shandon Family Dentistry greets you in such a manner that you forget you are afraid. The staff is very responsive, reassuring and they pay attention to detail, even if you get a haircut. They truly know and care about their patients. More importantly all hygienist and Dr. Desai are professional and know what they are doing. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned rather than re-scheduling 50 times to get out of it. I have referred a number of friends and they will all agree, Shandon Family Dentistry for all your dental needs!
Good dentist. Made my first filling a painless experience. But they will bug you with the phone calls. I get 4+ calls and text messages reminding me of my appointments, including multiple calls a day (they always call when I'm busy so I can't answer). Kinda annoying.
My first time there it was awesome! Very helpful and get to the issue. Was able to fix my problem the same day! Now I am a new patient! Very happy with their service. I would recommend my friends and family
Shandon Dentistry is always very clean, friendly and professional. I especiallly appreciate the way Casey, the dental hygienist, took care of me and my teeth. She not only was kind and gental, she was amazingly patient when it came to my fear of dental work. Wonderful staff and expertise!
