Dr. Collins performed my 4 year old surgery at the children's hospital. Not even a month later his cap feel off his front tooth. The cap was on when he went to bed however when he woke up the cap was gone. I called the office to inquire about an appointment. Sue wanted me to wait 3 whole weeks to bring him in to get it corrected. I argued the fact that I wasn't gonna wait 3 weeks due to the fact that it was his front tooth. Well got an appointment for 2 days later with a long wait time of 3 or more hours. Get to the appointment only to be told that I had to pay for the replacement crown. Why? He didn't have it a month and it wasn't his fault it came off. This is not my 1st horrible experience with them. My oldest son has a space retainer that keeps coming off. Use quality products and maybe these retainers and crowns would stay in place!!!
