If waiting at night and concerned on safety you can stay near the cameras at the side of the building and the Megabus stops off just a few steps down. Non-riders loiter here at all times, they never bothered me though. Transit company workers mostly helpful by the way, issue is the station/location in the city.
Honestly it's great to get where you gotta go but I'm 16 and still manage to get harrassed everyday on the way to school. It really has to stop
This mega bus has moved its location to dutch square shopping mall. I am so glad they moved it to here bc now the passengers can relax. For where it was there were so many people who are homeless and there were to many asking for momey. Well hope everyone of you try megabus
GIVE THE LADIES BEHIND THE WINDOW A BREAK! AND, The "On Site Security" has an increase of presence as of late. They have been seen even patrolling the neighboring parking lot. HOWEVER, "SECURITY" Can ONLY ENFORCE within the bounds of JUST THAT! IT'S BETTER. IF You Feel the Need, Travel WITH a Pal and DO NOT BE AFRAID TO CALL "911". AND I AM A LOCAL!
Was violently attacked here in December 2017 while waiting for bus, security did nothing and it feels dangerous, hope USC would cut their funding of the shiny new buses and focus on security and schedule.
People acting crazy and this is the only way I can get around been using the bus system for years. Security needs to get back to doing their jobs I can't remember the hawiian guys name he was the supervisor of security when they only had one guy but he was always actively getting these punks away. You could always approach him and let him know a problem and it was handled. My suggestion is get him back or have him train these guys. Some people have no choice but to be harassed while trying to get to work. That's all hopefully y'all figure out something these new guys need to get on the ball.
