Outstanding Bike Shop! I love this place. I have an old Craig's List Schwinn that the folks at Outspoken keep going with fast, friendly and reasonably priced service. They never try to up-sell me or have me pay for more than I need. They will often do the work on the spot if they are not too busy. They also have a great shop of new and used bikes, along with everything you need for accessories. This is the place to go in the Midlands!
World class bike shop. Great staff, talented mechanics. Employees have a great spirit. They always spend the time to make sure you get what you need. I once went in wanting to buy a particular helmet that had good reviews. However, it did not fit my head, and the staff helped me try many helmets to find the right one. They have always fixed my bike, no matter what the problem.

Very friendly staff, bike variants are pretty variative, cozy atmosphere in the building, you also get to test out the bikes in the back before actually purchasing it. Definitely a go to bike place. Prices are worth what you're getting too.
This store is awesome we bought 2 treks this week and we are having a blast ....great service ....great prices .....friendly which is hard to find in a bike shop but these guys and girls have personality .....thank you
