I was a new client, have been looking for somewhere to get my hair cut for a while now. People were incredibly polite on the phone in setting up an appointment. The salon was VERY professional, VERY comfortable, and customer service was EXCELLENT. I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. I could not be more satisfied with my hair cut, which was a little bit drastic and turned out great. Would absolutely recommend this place!
THE OWNER IS JUST AS MONEY HUNGRY AS THE REST OF THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. TRUST ME IF YOU GO THERE YOU WILL GET BEYOND CRAPPY SERVICE, AND WRONG INFORMATION. AND DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO DON'T TAKE BLAME FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I THINK THEY ALL NEED TO GO BACK TO COSMETOLOGY SCHOOL.She had to redo my hair twice in one sitting. I stayed there for 6 hours and my hair is STILL NOT the way i wanted it AT ALL!!! Its the same color it was when i got there. and the total was still 217 dollars for THEIR mistakes!!!! Never ever ever again will i go there, and i surely will not recommend them to anyone. They dont know how to match up colors obviously, because if they did my hair wouldve been the way i wanted it. That 217 dollars was well WASTED, and that i shouldnt have had to pay because they dont know how to do their job. I shouldve been paid for sitting there getting my time wasted, and my hair messed up. An left the place with a soak and wet head.
Sylvia Linker really likes Wisteria Salon..a great atmosphere, excellent services,friendly staff. My hairdresser is Stacy Zokan and I highly recommend her expertise.
I was a bit skeptical to come to this place being a salon combo but one of my friends got a hair cut here and the price was fair. I was new here and the staff was friendly and polite, but when I asked some specific questions some of the staff were just not qualified or did not know the answer. Overall the service was good and proffesional and i will be coming back here
Very disappointed in the customer service at the Wisteria Salon and spa in Columbia SC. I have been using Aveda products since 1996 when I was introduced to them at the salon at the Hilton Waikoloa in Hawaii. I've have been a customer at this location for years. I recommended and referred my niece and she was so excited to have her hair colored. Unfortunately, It does not appear that Cynthia evaluated my nieces hair appropriately during the consultation. My niece said Cynthia was very confusing and appears was not understanding what she wanted. My niece was originally there for highlights to obtain her original hair color of blonde. The color they used turned my nieces hair several orange colors and they were blaming her for this. After 6 hours of trying to correct and consulting with the colorist, Dawn, they were unable to provide a satisfactory experience or color. I spoke with the manager Jaime and again they were blaming my niece for this situation because she had used "boxed color" in the past. Really?!?! I thought they were supposed to know how to do this since it is a salon . Wow. I have referred people here in the past but have since called or texted them about this experience. I will not refer anymore. I asked to speak with the owner but have yet to hear from her. My niece had to leave with a wet head and Dawn and the other staff were rude to my mother and my niece as they left. Still blaming my niece for their mistakes.
