I'm so happy with my massage from Urban Nirvana. I received a deep tissue massage from Gwen and she had took out every knot and tightness I needed to have relieved. My arms and knees needed the most attention but she also found a lot of tightness in my neck and back and took the time to get that tension out. So grateful I found a great place like this and will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere is very welcoming, clean and relaxing. The choice of music and lighting was also a plus. The staff was also great. They give a military discount and that is always a plus as well. I highly recommend.
Been here twice. normally I have a good experience but my third appointment was changed without notifying me until I had already arrived. Wasting my time and money. They offered me a longer massage for the same price at a different date but Im in too much pain and would rather just take my money elsewhere at this point. Let me be clear this is not a reflection of the LMTs they have. They are great. Just bad practices of the scheduling desk.
This massage parlor is one of the best in the nation. They are very friendly and supper good a giving you a relaxing break from a fast paced world. All of their stores are great but this one is my favorite. Try them out for sure.
I made an appointment and was called an hour before that they had to cancel my appointment- too late for me to find another salon. They wouldn't work with me to find another stylist or give me a coupon for a free service. Very disappointed and was left with no appointment and going to an event at my work that day.I agree with other poster that they have bad scheduling practice with the desk clerk. The manager was not in the building .I have experienced a decline in customer service/ scheduling in the last couple of years.They seem to have unlimited brow appointments available and they are always very pleasant.
