Only bad thing is that you have to be under contract to get good prices. Tanesha was my therapist. Small but very strong. Check her out.
This Massage Envy location is a sorry excuse for a business. My credit card has repeatedly been charged the full month fee while I am on the flex freeze option. They have refunded me, but yet my account is still charged the next month. I have several massages to be used and I absolutely dread going to this place to use them. Management is never there to resolve problems. Save your money. Do not get a membership here.
i'd advise anyone applying to this location to think twice. management is horrific. front desk staff is a revolving door. management plays favorites with staff and is inconsistent with enforcing rules evenly amongst staff. clientele is great & loyal to therapists and estheticians but management values clients over employees.
I was not very impressed with my prenatal massage compared to one I had at another spa in the area. I did not feel like any of my tightness or knots were massaged so they were not relieved in my back and shoulder blades. In fact I felt tighter when I left then when I came.
I've enjoyed the last two massages I've received. Great job Ty. The Sandhills location is my spot!
