Stopped down there on 2/13/17, right in the middle of tax season.. 7 windows, but only 2 employees manning the windows. They said the 3rd one was out. Better hope 2 never take the same day off. No one working the screening desk You just stand there and wait 10 - 15 min until one of the 2 employees comes to the desk in between seeing customers. I had to leave before getting to see anyone, but there were 14 people waiting when I left.

I walked in waited a few minutes. Talked to the lady at the counter. She gave me some direction on what to do. I came back later in the day, paided my bill and walked out.
What is the point of having a phone number if a computer answers it and then hangs up on you? Seriously.....
Try ALL other options before going here for tax issues...what a waste of time. Several different trips, all paperwork in order and no one in this building knows what they are doing. Rude, be prepared to take your shoes off and go through metal detectors. Craziness
